In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "wx777" refers to the online gaming platform operated at wx777.bio, including all games, services, features, and associated content made available to registered players.
• "Platform" means the wx777 website, mobile browser interface, and any associated technology through which gaming services are delivered.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered a wx777 account or who accesses any part of the Platform.

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency denomination used across all wx777 transactions.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to or use of wx777 services is restricted by applicable law or by wx777's internal compliance policy.
• "International Gaming License" refers to the offshore gaming authorization under which wx777 operates and which governs its obligations to players and regulatory bodies.

By registering an account on the wx777 Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located within, any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or at any time during active use of your Account.
• All personal information submitted during registration — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any identity documentation subsequently requested — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for any third party.
• You have not previously had a wx777 account suspended or terminated for any reason. Duplicate account registration is strictly prohibited.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, contractor, or close family member of any employee of wx777 or any of its affiliated gaming software providers.

wx777 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration does not constitute a waiver of wx777's right to subsequently request identity verification documents or to suspend the account pending such verification.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the wx777 Platform at any time. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — identified by name, mobile number, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address pattern — will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your wx777 login credentials, including your username and password. wx777 will never ask you to share your password through any channel.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you have personally authorized such activity.
• Ensuring that your Account contact details, including your registered mobile number, remain current and accurate at all times.
• Logging out of your Account on any shared or public device after each session to prevent unauthorized access.
• Immediately notifying wx777 support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

wx777 supports the following PKR-denominated payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and retail cash over-the-counter (OTC) channels. All transactions are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Deposits: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your wx777 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take between 15 and 60 minutes depending on banking system load. wx777 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. wx777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued CNIC or passport copy — before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods previously used to make a deposit into the same Account, subject to specific payment method limitations. wx777 may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts which are displayed in your Account dashboard.

• wx777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any outstanding Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
• Funds deposited by any payment method must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be initiated, unless wx777 explicitly waives this requirement for a specific payment method.
• wx777 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered Account holder, or to payment methods not previously used for a deposit.
• wx777 reserves the right to deduct any bank or payment provider fees incurred in processing international withdrawals, should such fees arise.

wx777 may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback offers, or other incentives to Players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of each offer. The following general conditions apply to all wx777 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be restricted by account age, deposit history, geographic location, or game category.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual gaming session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wx777 Platform:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the wx777 Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or any technical vulnerability of the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker variants, or coordinate betting strategies to circumvent house edge.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds through gaming activity with the primary intent of legitimizing illegally obtained funds rather than engaging in genuine gaming entertainment.

• Impersonating wx777 staff, support agents, or other Players in any communication channel.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the wx777 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• No Player may copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any wx777 Platform content without prior written authorization from wx777.
• The wx777 name, logo, and any associated brand identifiers may not be used in any context — including social media, third-party websites, or printed materials — without express written consent from wx777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wx777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the wx777 Platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of gaming stakes or winnings resulting from technical failures, disconnections, or service interruptions beyond wx777's reasonable control, including failures of Pakistani mobile network infrastructure or banking systems.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani banking institutions.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the wx777 Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.
• Consequential financial, reputational, or personal losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the wx777 Platform.

wx777's aggregate liability to any Player, in any circumstance where liability is established, shall not exceed the total sum deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

wx777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, misrepresentation of eligibility, or failure to complete required KYC verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct connected to Account usage.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player, or identification of the Player on a recognized responsible gaming exclusion registry.
• Compliance with a regulatory directive, law enforcement request, or court order.

Where an Account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, wx777 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and any winnings derived from bonus play. Verified real-money deposits not implicated in the breach will be returned to the Player subject to completion of standard KYC verification and applicable withdrawal processing timelines.

Players may voluntarily close their wx777 Account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to the resolution of any pending withdrawal or verification process.

wx777 is committed to resolving Player disputes fairly and in a timely manner. The following procedure governs all complaints and disputes arising from use of the wx777 Platform:

• Step 1 — Initial Contact: Players must first submit their complaint to wx777 support in writing, providing full details of the dispute including account username, date and time of the disputed event, game or transaction reference where applicable, and a clear description of the issue.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: wx777 will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. Complex matters involving game logs or transaction audit trails may require additional time.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If a Player is not satisfied with wx777's internal resolution, they may escalate the dispute to the relevant authority under wx777's international gaming license framework for independent adjudication.

Disputes relating to game outcomes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant gaming session. wx777 cannot investigate disputes relating to events that occurred more than thirty (30) days prior to the complaint date, as game log records may no longer be available in sufficient detail.

wx777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect Player rights, obligations, or financial interests — wx777 will provide notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date, and where reasonably practicable, by notifying affected Players through their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the wx777 Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the wx777 Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute will govern that dispute, except where applicable law requires the application of a subsequently amended provision.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wx777 holds its international gaming license. By accepting these Terms, Players submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the internal complaints process described in Section 12.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any statutory rights that Players may hold under the mandatory consumer protection or gaming regulations of their country of residence, to the extent that such rights cannot lawfully be excluded or limited by contract.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
